Data deletion

How to delete your data from FormaNativa: what you can do yourself from the studio and how to ask us to delete your account completely.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

This English text is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the only legally binding one: Eliminación de datos.

What you can delete yourself

  • Form answers and bookings. The team administrators can delete them permanently from the site's requests.
  • Media files. You can delete them permanently once they are no longer used on any page.
  • Connected artificial intelligence assistants. Revoke their access from the connections section of your account.
  • Sites, teams and companies. You can archive a site so that it stops being published, and delete a team or a company from its settings when it has no active subscriptions.

Archiving or deleting from the studio removes the information from your view, but does not erase it from our systems straight away. To erase it permanently, follow the steps in the next section.

Deleting your account completely

  1. If you have active subscriptions, cancel them from the studio or ask us to cancel them for you.
  2. Write to soporte@formanativa.mx from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us whether you also want to delete the companies, teams and sites you administer.
  3. We will confirm that the request comes from you; if necessary, we will ask you for an official ID. If there are other administrators in your teams, we will ask you what to do with those teams.
  4. We will reply to you within a maximum of 20 business days and we will delete your data within the following 15 business days. We will let you know by email when we are done.

Deletion is permanent: afterwards we will not be able to recover your sites, their history or your files.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted

  • Your account, name and email address.
  • Password, passkeys and two-step verification.
  • Sites, pages, revision history and publications.
  • Media files.
  • Forms, booking calendars and their answers.
  • Connected domains.
  • Connections with artificial intelligence assistants and the data we have received from integrations you connected to your account.

Kept for a time

  • Tax invoices (CFDI) and payment records: five years, as the tax laws require.
  • Log of the operations in the account: up to 180 days.
  • Technical and security logs, including IP addresses: up to 3 months.
  • Database backups: up to 35 days; after that they are overwritten.

While they are kept, that data stays blocked and is only used to meet legal obligations. Stripe keeps its own records of the payments under its own privacy notice.

If you visited a site made with FormaNativa

If you submitted a form or booked an appointment on a site published with FormaNativa, the owner of that site is the one who decides about your data: ask them directly to delete it. If you cannot reach them, write to us at soporte@formanativa.mx with the address of the site and we will pass your request on to them.
